Known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that helps deeply relax both the body and the mind. This guided, systematic meditation is designed to lead you into a deep, meditative state of consciousness. During our Yoga Nidra session, we will use body scanning, breath awareness, and guided imagery to slow down, balance the nervous system, and move into a greater state of harmony within ourselves. One can think of Yoga Nidra as the perfect antidote to our often stressful, busy, and fast-paced lifestyles.

Fortunately, no experience is necessary for Yoga Nidra -- simply lie down, or sit comfortably, as you listen to the meditation with full attention.
